Customer Reviews
Easy to use tracker
Got the SmartSole for my grandma. It was super easy to set up, just charged it and put it in her shoe. I like that it's hidden. It helps me feel less stressed. The tracking works pretty well, just what I needed.
SmartSole works, service could improve
I purchased the GPS SmartSole for my father, and the device itself has been quite effective at providing location updates. The setup was straightforward enough, and the tracking accuracy is generally good. However, I found the initial information about the monthly service fee a bit confusing during checkout; it wasn't as clearly outlined as I'd hoped. Delivery was fast, arriving two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. The product does what it promises, but I feel the transparency around ongoing costs could be clearer.
Reliable tracking, as always
This is my third purchase from MetAlert, this time I got a Replacement Insole for a different pair of shoes. Just like with my previous SmartSole orders, the product arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I appreciate the consistency in their quality and delivery. The GPS tracking has always been reliable, and this new insole is no different. I've been a customer for a while now because their products consistently work well, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can keep an eye on my uncle. Their customer service has also been helpful in the past when I had a question about the subscription renewal.

Is this MetAlert company legit? Saw some ads, seems almost too good to be true for tracking people.
Do they offer a discount for veterans or military? Trying to save a few bucks.
How long does it typically take for an order to arrive? I'm in New York and need it kinda soon.
Hey, thinking about getting a SmartSole for my grandma. How accurate is the tracking usually?
Considering this for my uncle, but also looked at AngelSense. Anyone have experience comparing SmartSole to AngelSense?
